RealtorRecon provides market intelligence, property listings, agent/homeowner contact links, permit data, and related tools for sales and business development purposes. You agree to use this information solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Data Accuracy

Information is compiled from publicly available and third-party sources. RealtorRecon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

3. Exclusivity of ZIPs

If your plan includes exclusive ZIP codes, we will not provide lead data for those ZIPs to any other clients during your active subscription. If your payment fails or your subscription lapses, those ZIPs may be reassigned.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

RealtorRecon is a strategic tool, not a promise of revenue, success, or job volume. Results may vary based on user skill, market conditions, and other variables outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, and branding are the property of RealtorRecon. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our platform, content, or systems without written permission.

6. Cancellation & Billing

Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current one.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the most current version.
